What Happens When You Raise a Concern

Any concern that you raise will be treated as confidentially as possible.  Danone reviews all concerns fairly and impartially and conducts internal investigations as necessary in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Danone Ethics Line is not to be used for routine HR issues (such as individual payroll queries or performance issues), these should be addressed and handled by your local management team.  General inquiries and consumer issues should be addressed to the appropriate local teams.

Raising a concern in good faith will not expose the person who raised it to any retaliation.

If you have any questions regarding the way personal data is managed in the framework of a concern, please access the link below for the Danone Ethics Line Privacy Statement.

How to Raise a Concern

At Danone, our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. To achieve our mission, we are committed to acting with integrity and upholding our high ethical standards, all described in our Compliance Policies. At Danone, ethical business conduct is the responsibility of everyone, including those working on behalf of Danone.

Danone encourages anyone concerned about potential misconduct to ask for advice or raise a concern. If you have a doubt or if it doesn't seem right, speak up.

Should any Danone employee have a concern, they should promptly contact either their Manager, Human Resources, Legal or Compliance at local or global level. Should any partner, supplier, external worker, or other person have a concern they should raise it with their Danone point of contact. Alternatively, anyone can report a concern on the secure Danone Ethics Line.

The Danone Ethics Line allows you to raise a concern anonymously, if you prefer, and if permitted under your country's laws.

We encourage the use of our internal channels including the Danone Ethics Line; reports may be raised to the appropriate authorities, when permitted under local laws.
